It all started with a trip to my local Trader Joe’s. While I was walking around the store I came up with the idea of tasting and comparing a few random bottles of wine.
After a little more thought (while I was sampling some cave-aged cheese; which was delicious by the way), I decided the tasting would consist of 4 wines of the same vintage and variety.
Over the past four Friday Sips wine posts, in our quest to becoming more well informed wine connoisseurs. We talked about the four S’s. See, swirl, smell, and sip. It’s hard to believe that it was only a few weeks ago when we first embarked on this mission to become a more well-informed wine connoisseur.
And, although it feels like it was just yesterday. Here we are, ready for the last and final step, step four of the 4 S’s.
